Our Story
We started in 2005 with a single licensed electrician, a van, and a commitment to doing electrical work the right way — with permits, with care, and with our name behind every job. Over 20 years later, that hasn’t changed. We’ve grown into a full team of licensed electricians serving hundreds of homes and businesses across Somerset County, but the values that built this business are exactly the same.
Most of our work comes from referrals. A neighbor recommends us to a neighbor. A property manager hires us for one building, then all of them. A homeowner we rewired in 2008 calls us when they need an EV charger in 2024. That’s the business we’ve built — one job done right at a time.
We’re deeply rooted in Somerset County. We know Bridgewater’s residential neighborhoods and which homes have the wiring problems common to certain decades of construction. We know the commercial buildings along Route 22 and 202, and the inspectors at Bridgewater Township’s building department. This local knowledge isn’t something you can fake — it comes from 20 years of showing up here every day.
Credentials & Licensing
When you hire us, you’re hiring a licensed NJ Master Electrician — not an unlicensed handyman or an out-of-state contractor who doesn’t know NJ code.
NJ Master Electrician License
We hold a valid New Jersey Master Electrician license — the highest level of electrical licensing in NJ. Our license number is #XXXXXXXX. You can verify it at the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs. Every permit we pull is under this license, and we are legally accountable for every job.
Commercial General Liability Insurance
We carry full commercial general liability insurance covering property damage and bodily injury. If something unexpected happens on a job — which is rare — you are protected. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance before any project begins.
Workers Compensation Insurance
Every electrician on our crew is covered by workers compensation insurance. This protects you as a homeowner or property owner from liability if anyone is injured on your property. Never hire an electrician who can’t provide proof of workers comp.
We Pull Every Permit
We pull permits for every job that legally requires one in Bridgewater, NJ. No exceptions. Unpermitted electrical work creates liability for you as a homeowner, voids homeowner’s insurance coverage, and causes problems when you sell. Our work is always documented, inspected, and on the record.
NJ Electrical Code Compliance
We work to the current edition of the NJ Electrical Subcode, which is based on the National Electrical Code (NEC). From a single-van operation to Somerset County’s most trusted electrical contractor — here’s how we got here.
2005
Founded in Bridgewater, NJ
Started as a one-man operation focused on residential electrical service, panel upgrades, and rewiring for Somerset County homeowners. First permit pulled with Bridgewater Township.
2008–2010
Grew to a Full Crew
Added licensed journeymen and apprentices as word-of-mouth referrals outpaced what one person could handle. Moved into commercial work for the first time — small office fit-outs and retail spaces.
2012–2015
Expanded Commercial & Industrial Services
Added three-phase industrial electrical capabilities, began serving warehouses and distribution centers along Routes 22 and 287, and established relationships with commercial GCs throughout Somerset County.
2018–2020
Added Low Voltage & EV Charging
Invested in structured cabling and low voltage certification as tenant improvement clients began requiring data infrastructure services. Added EV charger installation as NJ EV adoption accelerated.
2022–Present
Commercial EV Charging & Growth
Expanded commercial EV charging station installation for office parks, fleets, and retail centers as NJ incentive programs made large installations viable. Now serving clients from Bridgewater to Hillsborough, Warren, and beyond.
